Notes About Your Membership

• A session consists of a brazilian, manzilian or manscaping.

• Gratuities are not included in the price of the membership but may be made in the form of cash.

• Members are required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify the studio in writing of any change in credit card or account information on file prior to the next electronic funds transfer (EFT) date. Payment Authorization Forms are available at the front desk from an associate. You may choose to have the payment scheduled for the 1st, 15th or last day of the month.  Members are also required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify the clinic in writing of any change of address. A signed contract is required for every membership.

• You have the entire length of your membership to use your membership services as long as your account is in good standing. Any unused services will expire should you elect to cancel or not to renew your membership.

• The Wax Den memberships are non-transferable.

• Membership offerings are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial term of membership, your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless you have elected otherwise on the Membership agreement.

• The Wax Den is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or items.

• The Wax Den reserves the right to change studio rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.

• You agree to follow studio cancellation policy, rules and regulations. We have the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.

• If you do not show or fail to cancel an appointment within the 24 hour cancellation window you will lose that month's appointment. There is a $20 cancellation/rescheduling fee as most appointments were booked a month in advance and cannot be filled at the last minute.  However if you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance of your appointment time you will be given a no charge appointment rescheduling allowance.

• If your usual wax artist is not available at the time you want to fulfill your monthly service, you can see anyone with availability that fits your schedule. You are not locked into one service provider, nor are you guaranteed a particular individual every time.

 

Cancellation during initial term

You may cancel your Membership Agreement during the initial term of your membership upon the following conditions:

• You change your permanent residence to a location more than 25 miles from any Wax Den location. Cancellations must be accompanied by written proof (i.e. driver's license, utility bill, car insurance, etc.)

• Permanent disability as established with the submission of a letter from your doctor.

Once you have been approved for cancellation you will be relieved from making payment for membership dues.

Cancelling your membership before the twelve month period is fulfilled will make you accountable for the difference in the cost of the amount of waxes you had while your membership was still effective.

Cancellation during auto-renewal term

You may cancel your membership upon 30-day advance written notice to the The Wax Den at which your membership originated.  There will be a $95.00 cancellation fee if you wish to terminate your membership. Cancelling your membership will also mean that you will resume paying normal pricing for our services as well as lose the perks that come along with our membership.
